Rector Construction managed this design build project that included the development of a 14 acre site. The first building in this development was a 40,000 tilt-up warehouse that had specific requirements concerning massive weight point loads for equipment and over 6 air change per hour. Rector Companies had the project nominated for Prince William County’s Targeted Industries Program saving the owner valuable time and resources.  

As part of the Belmont Bay development project, a new 18,000 square foot clubhouse / restaurant / banquet facility will be built to meet the dining and meeting needs of this new community. All development and construction services will be provided by the Rector team.

Rector Construction Company was selected through a competitive bid process to construct this new fire station sited on a 3.25-acre parcel near Manassas, VA. The total project area is 18,700 GSF divided between the four bay apparatus area and the two story living quarters/office area. The masonry façade is composed of red face brick with split face block and metal panel accents. The state of the arts life safety system includes a sophisticated CO2 exhaust system in the apparatus area. Completion is anticipated in the late fall of ‘03
