The Rector Companies developed six, 7,000 square foot Automotive Repair & Tire Facilities for Merchant’s to fulfill their expansion plans in the Mid-Atlantic region. Rector handled all aspects of the development process from site screening and acquisition to turn-key occupancy, including leasing and property management. Rector owns and leases each of these properties back to Merchant’s on a long term basis.
