Rector was selected by the Commonwealth of Virginia to develop three Customer Service Centers for the Department of Motor Vehicles. Each project included complete development and lease-back services. Through the success of the Rector Companies, they became the DMV’s preferred developer. Rector currently owns and manages these three facilities.
